Here is what I like to do:
I'm the guy in the green. Getting tired of getting tired. I'm 39 and I don't heal as fast as I used to, nor am I as fast as I used to be. So, in the interest of sticking around with my wonderful wife and kids as well as getting back into fighting shape I've embarked on the P90x journey.
In conjunction with Fit Day I'll be improving my diet and upping my excercise. For the first three weeks I am just going to do the P90X stretch routine as well as the Ab Ripper X. My back is always in spasms and I am so far out of shpe that seems like a wise progression. Please comment!
