January 5th 2011

Took the 4th of January off to rest.

Did my highest total volume of swings tonight!
1X20, 3X30, 1X35, 1X25, 1X20 = 190 swings.
That is up from my 150 swing goal.

Down to 205.2lbs so down another 1/2 pound in a week. We'll see what next week brings.

Swings tonight and a fight practice.

Going to start putting L-sits into the daily routine again as well.
